Kaylee Hodges Interview on Handling Pressure - COMING SOON

Why Kaylee Hodges

When I started building VAULTED, I wasn’t exactly sure where to begin.

I knew I wanted to connect with athletes who cared about more than statistics, rankings, or highlight reels. I wanted to find people who genuinely wanted to leave the game better than they found it.

That’s when I came across Kaylee Hodges.

Kaylee is one of the nation’s top softball pitchers in the Class of 2027, earning recognition as a two-time Gatorade Player of the Year. But what caught my attention wasn’t her accomplishments on the field.

It was her willingness to help others.

I found one of her videos where she was giving younger athletes advice about resetting after mistakes, handling pressure, and staying mentally strong during a game. She wasn’t trying to go viral or show off her success - she was simply taking the time to encourage the next generation.

That immediately resonated with me.

Those are exactly the kinds of athletes I hope to feature through VAULTED.

Athletes who understand that confidence isn’t something you’re born with - it’s something you build.

When I reached out to Kaylee, she was incredibly kind and immediately supportive of what VAULTED is trying to accomplish. She graciously agreed to sit down for an interview, and I’m honored to share her story soon.

Later this month, I’ll also be traveling to Virginia to meet Kaylee in person, visit the Virginia Vols organization, and continue building relationships with athletes who share the same passion for helping others.

This interview is just the beginning.

My hope is that every conversation we have through VAULTED reminds athletes that they are never alone in what they’re experiencing - and that sometimes, the advice you need most comes from someone who’s already walked the path before you.

Welcome to the Vault.
